Mini Review Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (PS5) - Basic Upgrade for a Great Game
Bayou glow up
Of the three recent Resident Evil PS5 upgrades, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is the most interesting. While the original PS4 version had very little in the way of graphical issues, it was the first title to utilise Capcom's RE Engine. The publisher really stepped up its game in later iterations (Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3), and...
Review Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (PS4)
Bayou hazard
Ever since BSAA beefcake Chris Redfield exacted grievous bodily harm on a boulder, the Resident Evil franchise has been on a bit of a downward spiral. Sure, the Revelations side-stories delivered disposable enough entertainment, but numbered entry Resident Evil 6 was a rotter through and through. Resident Evil 7: Biohazard aims to drag...

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Guides
Guide Where to Find All 18 Antique Coins in Resident Evil 7
Pelicans in your pocket
Resident Evil 7's upgrade system is, quite frankly, genius. In order to maintain consistency with the grounded nature of the campaign, Capcom has done away with Australian accented merchants and complicated mission complete screens. Instead, it's incorporated Antique Coins: collectibles located around the Baker plantation...

Madhouse
There are three different difficulty settings for you to choose from in Resident Evil 7, but which one should you pick? We should stress straight away that...
Guide Four Resident Evil 7 Tips Which May Save Your Ass
Baker foil
Resident Evil 7 is a ruthless game. The antagonistic Bakers ain't messing about, and they will take you down. The good news is that you'll have the opportunity to fight back, you just need to know how. While we didn't want to put up a guide riddled with spoilers showing you exactly what to do in each scenario – where's the fun in that...

News PS Plus Collection's Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Won't Upgrade to PS5 for Free
Go tell Aunt Rhody
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard’s free PS4 to PS5 upgrade is not available with the PS Plus Collection. We actually spotted this last night when we went to redeem, but the story has since been doing the rounds on sites like IGN. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced a
News Resident Evil 2, 3, and 7 Coming to PS5 with Visual Enhancements, Free Upgrade Confirmed
Seeing S.T.A.R.S.
Resident Evil Village was the first of Capcom's long-running horror franchise to grace PlayStation 5, and it of course looks fantastic on the new hardware. But what of the older games in the series? It appears the publisher won't be leaving its last-gen games behind, as they're all making the leap to PS5 with native versions. To...
News Resident Evil 7 Becomes the Best-Selling Game in the Series
Go tell Aunt Rhody
It's been a three-horse race for quite some time now, but Capcom can now finally claim it has an overall victor in the pursuit for the title of best-selling Resident Evil game. It is Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, which has now pulled away from the last-gen version of Resident Evil 5 by 200,000 units. The twosome had been battling it...
Game of the Year 2017 #6 - Resident Evil 7
The cure
Every time Capcom took a step forward, it made two steps backward over the past decade with its flagship horror franchise. Resident Evil 5 demonstrated a questionable turn toward action, but Resident Evil: Revelations steered back on course with its eerie, claustrophobic setting. The disastrous, confused sixth entry ruined this by capsizing...

News Resident Evil 7 Sneaks Past Its Sales Target Several Months Late
Better late than never
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, one of the better games of the year in this author’s humble opinion, has ghosted past its sales target – albeit several months late. Capcom had expected the title to sell four million units by 31st March, but according to the survival horror’s website, that accolade has only just been...
TGS 2017 Resident Evil 7's Not a Hero Looks Like Brilliant Free DLC
Seeing S.T.A.R.S.
Chris Redfield’s back – and so are his burly biceps. Okay, so actually the legendary BSAA agent may not look quite as ripped in Resident Evil 7’s universe, but he’s still able to Shoryuken the Moulded like they’re not even there. In this first gameplay footage of the title’s Not a Hero add-on pack, we see the former...

News Resident Evil 7 Falls Short of Capcom's Sales Expectations
Despite selling over 3.5 million units so far
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard has failed to meet the sales expectations of publisher Capcom, the firm's latest financial report has revealed. The game – which was something of a critical darling – has sold a very respectable 3.5 million units thus far, but that's some way short of the four million units...
News Resident Evil 7's Free DLC Goes into Hiding Until Later Date
Go tell Aunt Rhody
Resident Evil 7's free DLC pack has been pushed back until an undisclosed later date. Not a Hero – which is set to feature series veteran Chris Redfield – had been set to release this Spring, but in an overly apologetic video, the expansion's producers have admitted that they need more time to hit the standards expected of the...

First Impressions Resident Evil 7 on PS4 Aims to Finish What Silent Hills Started
Resi reanimated
It's fitting that Capcom would reveal the seventh instalment of its once great franchise alongside the much anticipated reveal of Hideo Kojima's latest project, because Resident Evil 7 seems to be a full realisation of what Kojima set out to do with Silent Hills. After years of inferior sequels, HD remasters, and some serious...
About The Game
Set in modern day rural America and taking place after the dramatic events of Resident Evil® 6, players experience the terror directly from the first person perspective.
Fear and isolation seep through the walls of an abandoned southern farmhouse. '7' marks a new beginning for survival horror with the “Isolated View” of the visceral new first-person perspective. Powered by the RE Engine, horror reaches incredible heights of immersion as players enter a terrifyingly new world of fear as they fight to survive.

Great not third person I won't be buying it then I couldn't wait for this game only to be left disappointed by it being first person only lame
This game is absolutely fantastic. I was cautious at first about it being in first person, but my weariness was soon washed away when I began playing it. It sucks you in a lot more than third person does, and it heightens the horror by giving it the first person perspective. It's classic Resident Evil, just with better graphics and in first person rather than third. Honestly, it makes a change and sends the series back to its roots. I was hooked throughout.
It's kind of a let down if you ask me. I was really rooting for this game.Take a look at https://theanxiousgamer.blog/ for similar articles.
